All VIP packages are non-refundable. You will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with where to check in and what time to arrive at the venue. All VIP items are distributed on-site. Nothing is sent prior to the concert. If you do not arrive in time to pick up your merchandise, we are not able to ship the products.
